1. Changes to our privacy policy

Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page and, where legally necessary, notified to you by e-mail. Please check back frequently to see any updates or changes to our privacy policy. Changes in the privacy policy will be effective when posted on this page, and all persons affected by such changes will be bound by the changes, as of the posting date, unless an objection is made in writing at the address referenced in Section 13 herein, within 14 days after the date of posting.

2. Information we may collect from you

Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

5. Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. However, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

We will only keep your data for as long as is reasonable. We are working on a data retention policy.

We keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax reasons, insurance compliance, and other purposes. We also keep personal information and data about our customers so long as any hardware warranties are in effect.

In some circumstances we may anonymize your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
